After accidently putting my beloved ipod, (gift from my wife), through the washing machine, I looked online for a reputable repair service

July 2009 after requesting online repair of ipod video I was instructed to mail device to NYC Ipod Doctor to above address with $20 diagnostic fee.

I did not hear from them for 30 days and called long distance from CO. to find out what the problem was. They needed more time. 30 days later called again. NYC ipod doctor then wanted me to send $129 for hard drive.

Have called and emailed for update on repair and return approximately every 4 months till the present. Only response is an email on April 19 2010 saying it will ship within 2 weeks.

All I had asked was that it be returned. I believe I've given NYC ipod doctor around $200
