Nystrom and associates ltd Otsego Minnesota

 I was a patient of Nystrom and associates for over 5 yrs. I was growing increasingly unhappy with my medication Dr, Dr Kooiker. I would repeatedly tell her I was severely depressed youand having panic attacks. She said I was at the maximum dose of my medication. I said can we try a different medication this doesn't seem to be working. She said no I'm going to keep you on that. She said come back in six mos. I said what if I need to see you before that? She said go ahead but there is nothing more I can do for you. I have transportation issues and there is only one other psychiatrist in my area who was not friendly but I have switched back to him now but I have to wait 7 mos to be seen. Here's what happened: I waited the 6 mos to be seen meanwhile I was punching myself in the head and praying that I die every day.

I showed up for my appt 3 weeks ago on time and all their signs were still up and there was no notice put up that they had moved but they were obviously gone and nobody notified me. I called to get there new address and directions and the person I talked to was at a call center and didn't even know where Otsego was. So I figured it out on my own and found them and all this made me 10 mins late. I got to the new office and they said I was too late and I had to reschedule. Btw this was on Oct 4th 2017 and my appt was at 10:40. I politely said I live an hour away and my elderly parents drove me here. The s****.>

Her name was Not and she said have a better day can I help whose next? So I never got to be seen and needed refills on my meds. So I went to my family Dr, Dr Natalie Roeser and she is prescribing my meds temporarily until I can get an appt to see my previous Dr that I did not like. Nystrom called me 2 days later to set up my next appt. I nicely said I will no longer be going there because I was mistreated. They then sent me a letter that made it sound like they cut ties with me. How they will no longer be able to treat me or prescribe me meds. When I was the one to make that decision not them. I am so disappointed with them and will never recommend them to anyone.
