O. Guerrero Construction LLC Oscar Guerrero Botched job on home remodel post hurricaine Harvey Houston Texas

Oscar Guerrero was hired to perform a remodel after Hurricaine Harvey.  He was paid $35K in full to add an extention, remodel bathrooms, kitchen, and repair a flooded home.  His workers did a botched job on floor and bathroom tile installation.  Kitchen cabinets were installed upside down and incorrectly.  The paint job, carpet installation, and A/C repair was never completed. Live electrical wires and the wire to the doorbell was covered up by sheetrock and never repaired.  Insullation was left out of walls that were repaired.  We were left with multiple plumbing and gas leaks, condeming the home until the repairs were corrected.  He obviously did not pay the workers who did the job, because they returned to the house looking for him to provide payment.
