Oakes Roofing GARY ruined all of my plants I had just planted due to their negligence Frazer Michigan

I contacted Gary about the plants that his men ruined by throwing Shingles on top of them.

I sent Gary an email and told him about it and he said he would send a foreman out to

Look at it on Monday.  I didn't hear from him so I sent him another one, he said the 

Foreman came out and said it looked OK. He is a liar, we sat here all day looking out

Of the doorwall looking for him and he never came.  He then told me to send him pictures 

Of it, about 15of them and he never did anything about it. He never even called me about it.

The reason I am so upset is no one told us they were doing it that day before we had planted.

We are on a fixed income and saved our money to buy plants all winter an we spent well over

$200 and stood out in the heat planting to make our apartment look like a hoIe. I am73 years old and have
