OC Autosource Tony Thompson Falsified service records and sold me a car with a blown engine 3 months after purchase Costa Mesa california

Are you certain that your report is on the correct Tony Thompson at OC Autosource? I ask because I am a new client of Mr. Thompsons and so far, I couldnt be more pleased.

I am a middle aged single woman who successfully negotiated a contract on a vehicle with Tony. He treated me with respect and kindness. 

My career was discussed and how I would be using the vehicle. Because of the nature of my job, he volunteered to take an extra look at things to make sure they were right. Again, I didnt ask him to do that...he offered and I gladly accepted. 

My job as a profiler tells me that Tony Thompson is a communicator..and I appreciate that. You will know where you stand.I am excited about this purchase and, also additional purchases in the future. Cheers Tony Thompson for a job well done!

 Wow LOL you must be Tony's underhand man. The guy is a sleazeball. Met him on Tinder where every pic of him is in these fancy cars he buys from auctions and re sales for more that what they are worth since they have so many issues. He doesnt inspect the cars and he'll tell you to take it to his own service to save a buck . I know for a fact his office staff over charges for registration fees and know nothing about the cars they sell. Write a bad review and he'll beg you or even pay you to take it down. The car I bought from him had issues one month in! He couldn't provide any records of even looking at the car before selling it. Thank god for Tinder as I had so many girlfriends that went out with him I had leverage to have him buy the car back. He is so worried about his fake reputation it's crazy. Funny you blame Az heat on your car breaking down . I'll post Tony's Tinder profile pics I bet he's in one of your cars lol

Hello, I will introduce myslef, I am not affilated in any way with Tony Thompson. I own a Factory called E3 Arms LLC in Lake Havasu City and I am willing to put my reputation on the line over Tony Thompson. I have never publically done something like this before, but after coming across this tonight, it actually made my heart hurt.

I have done 4 transactions with Tony Thompson of OC AUTOSOURCE, the first transaction was a 2000 H1 Hummer, I traded my BMW and got a loan and he delievered it from California to Lake Havasu City Arizona for me. after some time went by, he called to check up on me and asked how I was doing and hows the Hummer.

I told him well the AC went out and the battery died due to the crazy 125 degree heat here in lake havasu, now keep in mind the Hummer was a California veihical all its life, not used to 125 degrees and not to mention its old. I said Tony not your fault, You sold it AS IS and dont worry. He said, Heck no Ed!

Then he said ,Ed please go take it to any of the service stations in your area that knows what they are doing and get me an estimate. I said I felt bad, he said go do it and call me back buddy.

I was thinking man! Is he a car salesman??? What is his angle here? What the Hell is wrong with this guy? LOL! I thought this Because I have never been treated like this before from a car dealer! So I got an estimate and it was $1800.00. I called him, he said man, they are a bit steep, but have them give me a call and Ill handle it, I said no way Tony...This is not your issue. He said, I dont want to lose you as a customer and want to earn your business.

Guess what? He paid the whole thing and surprised me with an oil change that was not needed yet! Over a year later I wanted a Maserati Gran Turismo and he tried to look for one for me, He could not find the color I wanted so I went and looked myself back east online. I found one and called him to thank him for trying. He said Ed, how much do they want for the car?

I told him the price, he said give me the link and Ill call them, so the next day he called me and said I can have it sent to me and if you want to trade the hummer in Ill give you $1000.00 less than you bought it from me!

I was like what is wrong with this guy? Who does these things! He said Ed, you put leather in it and put some work into it with a new stereo and dont worry I will sell it no sweat! I said I put like 6000 miles on it, he said Ed, Hummers are hot here, Ill sell it. I said you will actually give me $1000.00 less than I paid for it? He said yes Ed I will. I said I have a 2012 Honda Accord too, can I trade this in too? He said yes Ed, Well the book on the Honda was $13,500 and I had allot of miles on it and he gave me $11,000 which at the time was about a $1000.00 over trade in value.

He had the car delievered to me. It was Flawless.. I drove it 10 months, it had 2886 miles on it, I used it as a weekend car, I put almost 3000 miles on it. I called him after 10 months and said I ready to sell it and may want to buy a porsche or take the money and toss it into another business adventure I want to do, He said what do you want for it? I told him and he said ship it to me, Ill toss it in my showroom and get what you want for it buddy.

So I shipped it down there with no contract, I signed nothing and went by a hand shake over the phone, Why you may ask? Because what he has done for me in the past...That somple!!  Its in his showroom right now for sale!

This guy goes over and beyond what any business man would do! I personaly have always treated my customers with respect and honor! This man treats me with the up most respect! I never felt regret nor do I ever feel like he has taken advantage of me! I actually feel Like me being his customer have take advantage of him due to his kindness!

I am so sorry that this person who is complaining about him is making these allegations! Because I have never one time felt Tony Thompson was a scruplious business man! I believe every Car Dealer needs to model their business practices like Tony Thompson. I am putting my reputation out, the reason is, because I know a Con-Artist when I see one, and Tony is not any of these allegations that I am hearing in my opinion and my experience.

I will not sit down and watch someone hurl allegations at a Man who has bent over backward and beyond what is expected as a business man. My Firearm Company is in every State in this nation, I have a great customer service with no complaints and I know Customer service! Tony puts the "C" in customer service.
