According to Facebook, his birthday is November 29th, 1972. His phone number is 732-668-2694 and prior phone number is 732-886-5654. He has also done business under the name Complete Home Renovations.

So, unless he can prove he pays his employees on the books, they are not covered by Workman’s Compensation and they do not pay taxes like you and me.
Mr. Brian Komar has been sued by several homeowners and businesses. Most homeowners first file with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs. When they do not get remedy, they have no choice but to sue him in civil court. He does not answer the complaints, does not show up for court and defaults. In this report please see the documents attached. They will show so many lawsuits and subsequent judgments your head will spin. Next he simply does not pay any of the outstanding judgments. This is his routine; take Your money, not complete the job, and then he keeps Your money. Not to mention he does not pay many of his bills. Notice the judgments from Home Depot, Sears, Citibank, Discover, Chrysler, Ford, GMAC, Landlords, etc. Then, when all else fails, he declares Bankruptcy. Well, he can only declare Bankruptcy every 10 years.
