After the Hail storm in San Antonio, Texas in April. Our Insurance adjuster gave us an amout of monies to work with to repair all the damages the storm had done.  We were going to need a new roof, siding to the top portion of our home and new windows. We had a couple of estimates from contractors.  This company/O.C.O.S had the lowest bid to our damages and he was not a big company so we gave him our monies with trust that we would have the job done as he stated.  We gave him monies for materials and the labor to be done.  He came with some materials and he and his crew came on a Friday mid-morning and tore off my old roof.  They were to return the next day to put on the new roof.  He and his crew never retuned until a week later. His story was that he had gotten arrested.  We left many of messages. He had left his tools behind and so when he return to get them I told him that he would get them back as soon as he returned our monies that we needed to repair our home.  We called the Sheriff department and they demanded that I return his tools.  So he left smiling and the job was never finished by them. They left a big mess in my front yard and beer cans that they had to be drinking while they were suppose to be working.  Now all the work needed to our home is having to be paid out of pocket. He is a lair and he has to be stopped from doing this to anyone.. Do not hire him. He is dishonest and does not care what you loose for his not doing his work.
