On September 1 2011 Ocwen took over my loan from Litton Loan in Tx. Who i already wrote complaints about. I was hoping things would get better with Ocwen.
I submitted all requested loan modification documents to Ocwen. I received several several weekly requests for more information from me, things i have sent them numerous times. I have gotten nowhere on the phone with this company. I just keep faxing and faxing documents, and attaching proof of previous times that i did fax the papers.
I am now facing foreclosure, as with Litton, they couldnt determine if i was eligible for a modification for over a year and a half. I have moved on to get counseling from the HOPE hotline, and hopefully the funds get approved from them so that i can catch up. I just cant seem to get an answer on what my monthly payments should be.
My husband and I have been nothing but proactive with Litton, and now with Ocwen. Someone noted to complain to Fannie and Freddie. How do i go about doing that?

I am preparing for mediation with Ocwen in a lease buy back foreclosure scam and thay have already sent a letter they can offer no resolution to the property, nothing,no assumption of loan:
This is a home that was involved in equity stripping, robbing banks, flipping the properties and collecting rents from the original homeowners. There were 120 of us scammed in all and I am guessing those of us involved with Ocwen will lose our homes.
What is going on is a night mare and Ocwen continues to thrive on saying no and punishing, they are extremely rich and do not care.
We can write to all the Government entities question is will it help? The Big Five are helping some homeowners who were burned in the mortgage meltdown however there are still so many of us left.
In our situation we are patially to blame, our blindness or ignorance to the scam is our fault but we thought we were getting help: These closings took place at reputable title companies, the fees on the documents were way off the charts and DeMarco, the Real estae investmnet company along with straw buyers kept the proceeds along with collecting rent.
The Investors/strawbuyers have now filed Bankruptcy or let the homes go into foreclsoure, leaving the original home owner holding the bag. We are the "Defendants" now, though the FBI has arrested Anthony DeMarco and four others ,many of the starw buyers are leading very lucrative lives.
The straw buyers did not have to pay for the crime, they were able to collect a fee for signing off on the loans ,than when they realized what was going on they just let the homes go.
Many are saying how "lucky we were " after all we have not paid rent: News flash,we paid rents some of in excess of 4000 dollars and than after we paid the rent and a reserve account was suppose to be set up,we never received the reserves, and the cash out from the sales of the homes went to DeMarco, and his investors.
I don't mean to be so negative on the investors involved,I am sure some of them were really trying to help, while others just collected at least 10,000 for each transaction, some took out loans on the homes involved so now we should lose?
Some of the banks want to help, but in my case No,No, and No, and this is just not right!! The starw buyer never ever resided in these homes, they have homes now and we are about to face eviction??
Where is justice for us? We are not criminals,if any of us knew what DeMarcos intentions were we never would have paid rent.
Now just too bad for us: Like so many of us,I continue writing on Ripoff" hoping and praying "someone will help us all. Things are not going to get better,at least not for us. I will keep on writing and hoping that someone will help before we lose our homes ,There is no more "American Dream " only rich banks and mortgage comapnies that want to take our homes.
I thank you so much Ed and staff at Ripoff Report: Writing to FTC,OCC,FDIC, has to help but keep the power of The First Amendment in mind and continue writing on Ripoff Report, because of Ripoff Report and the FBI AnthonyDeMarco is behind bars awiting trial.
Once again Thanks Ripoff Report, Can anyone help save these homes and save us from eviction?
