My loan from Option 1 was bought by Ocwen in 2006.At the time I was falling behind on my payments when the transfer had occured.It was difficult for me to refinance with a broker to do bad communication and response from Ocwen.I ended up doing a forbarence aggreement ,so I thought.....Within a month and a half they foreclosed on my property. I was not even properly notified!!!


I was informed by the person that was drawing up the paper work to refinance my mortgage.That Ocwen had forclosed on my property. In disbelief I contacted the Company after not getting through to them. I went to the county court house to look up the information to see if it was true.To my surprise it was! I couldn't understand if I had an aggreement with them,how could this have happend. I remembered a man who had offered to by my keys for a $1,000.00 .He left his name and number on a paper. All the while he never mentioned that our home had forclosed. I called him,who was David Yates from Coldwell Banker,who is the realator for Ocwen. I had asked him for help to undo this big misunderstanding.He acted as though he would help,but in reality he was watching us stress into despair. His offer went from a $1,000.00 to $4,000.00 cash for keys.

I then contacted the lawyer who was hired by Ocwen for the eviction process.He stated that it was difficult for him as well to get in contact with a reliable person from Ocwen.He did held off on the eviction process to give me time to buy back my home.A person from REO Ocwen Rep. Mashed Sawant had e-mailed me stating that I will be able to repurchase my home back.It was not even a week when he was corresponding with David Yates.When suddenly he sends me an e-mail stating that it will be his last day working at Ocwen and that he wishes me the best in resolving this matter with Ocwen.I thank God that I saved the e-mails!!!

He was the only person from Ocwen who had ever returned my calls and from then on I got no where! It is going on a Year to date in March 2008.I still live in my home,but barley hanging in there.I have a refinance broker standing by to buy back my home.As a matter a fact it was he who referred me to this web site of "Rip off". He has been unable as well to get a pay off quote.I have kept all my e-mails from Ocwen even an e-mail stating that they had know idea that I was trying to purchase my home back.This is after the fact that Mashed Sawant had adruptly left me hanging.I had actually got a reply from two different persons from Ocwen through the internet.I was told by both persons that I will be in contact by someone in 24hours or a reply back in four days through e-mail. To my surprise I was never contacted nor recieved a call from anyone.

I recently went to court fighting for my rights as well as keeping my home. The Judge had given us until March 18,2008 to get all our paper work together and to obtain a lawyer. On 01/15/2008 David Yates decides to scare us and stated that a marshal will be arriving to remove us and lock us out.I mentioned to him that we had just went to court and that the Judge had given us until March 18,2008. He had a puzzled look on his face because he was unaware of this court proceeding. Then I recieve a court document through the mail that we have to appear in court on 01/22/2008 for the same thing that we had just appeared on 01/08/2008. This time it was David Yates name on the court document. This alone will show the courts that there is no communication between the parties involved.

Note: I was told by Mashed Sawant that Ocwen had hired people from India. This was after I mentioned that I was unable to understand some of the Associates accents. He went on to inform me that Ocwen had hired outside of the United States because it was low on cost to hire workers. When I asked how is that I am calling a Florida number,but speaking to someone in India? He said that all calls are forwarded to India at the call center. So in reality these people do not have any idea or knowlege in mortgage processing. This is why I was transferred to one party to another.1-877-226-2936 this is one of many numbers that I was given.
