oDesk = Fraud.  They have not paid me for 3 weeks now, on the hourly jobs, which payment is "guaranteed" They never tell a contractor when or if they are suspended, letting the work go on, and billing the clients for it.  They refuse to pay the employee(s), they do not talk to you, nor will they handle a complaint.  I'm pissed off! I want my money, for the work I completed.  It is a bunch of BS!

Odesk FRAUDSTERS AND SCAMMERS O desk has been a complete disappointment and of course a financial quagmire. I am not going to give you access to another credit card so that you can scam anymore money from me. The freelancers completely overstate their capabilities. Sign contracts and then produce totally substandard childish attempts or in my case simply do nothing at all and then launch a complaint if I don’t pay them to sit in their hut somewhere in the nether regions of the far east. But the root of the problem is Odesk, their auto answer replies, attempts to placate the poor user long enough to grab their money and then tell them their opportunity to be further insulted has timed out.
