Stark County Shiriff Department abused and beat him for a week and charged him with F3 and F4 and criss center went to jail and told them to take him to hospital very bad shape and the hospital sent him to Heartland Behavioral in Masslion, Ohio were he was 3 times before and they took pitures of him and had to take him back to the hospital next morning for he was in bad shape and vitals very bad.
We hired a Atty. for cilvle case against Stark County County Shiriffs and 49 dupities were in volved in the beatings. Atty. held the case for 2 years then droped it. He was sentence 4 years to prison. He has a sever mental illness and they refuse to give him his medications. He hears voices and hulusinates.
We have been fighting with the O.D.R.C. in Columbus Ohio but they will not help us. Very long story can set appointment with you and show you all his records since 2005 18 and he is now 32 whent to Crissis center and all the facillities he was in. Also need atty. that will help.
