Official chicago blackhawks store (online) Ordered jersey 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved order or heard from merchant. Beijing, China Internet

 On January 22, 2014 I ordered a Chicago Blackhawks jersey from the online store called "The Official Chicago Blackhawks Store". The site said the jersey was in stock and would ship within 1 business day. A week had gone by and I had not received any type of communication as to the status of my order. I went on the website under contact us only to find there is no phone number or address of the company. There is only an option to email from their site... no email address just fill in your name,  your email address and your message and send it off. I emailed them to find out what the status of my order was and when it would ship and have not gotten a response back.

 I ended up doing some searching online only to find that someone else has gotten duped by this company as well. If you go on their site they will tell you that you can exchange or return an item for up to 60 days with no problem.... But if you look under their FAQ section it says the complete opposite. Basically, once you buy something from this site you are stuck with it unless its defective and even then their explanation of defective is vauge.

Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I placed my order... my charge card has already been charged and according to my credit card company has already been paid to the merchant. Obviously I have started the dispute with my credit card company to get this charge reversed. My credit card company did say that this merchant which actually shows up as Megas e-shop  is out of Beijiing, China. I shop online a lot and have never had an issue before. Now i know that before I shop online with any unknown companies, I need to throughly check out the website right down to the contact information and the FAQ section because what they advertise on their main page is not necessarily true.

 DO NOT purchase anything from this site! I also have found out that a lot of these sports jersey are sold from companies over seas and are not authentic but fakes. My advice is to buy from a local store in your area and avoid these "Official" online stores because they are  faceless scammers in disguise.
