 Even though the system is expensive, the alarms talk to each other and wont shut off until the problem is solved. That said, I know cheap alarms can be bypassed and let someone burn up. These actually made my tenants know a fire was going on in my tenants room.

Everyone made it out alive and house is salvageable. I fear a cheap store bought alarm wouldn't be able to link and alert where needed so my house and tenants would have burned up.

I would like to take a second to apologize if there is any misunderstanding that occured. 

You are correct in reguards to our office giving the 167 piece emergency kit just for filling out the promotional survey and viewing the safety products we provide. We feel this gift helps anyone and everyone. They are perfect for in your car, boat, R.V., House .....and many more places. 

In reguards to your experience. 

I was out of the office the date you made this complaint due to my son being born. I apologize I did not get back to you sooner. I am trying to see if you can help me with what happened. I checked with my staff and they said there is no record of you calling in to discuss your purchase. I also called the bank who you were making your payments to and they said on 07/16/2018 you called to ask about a pay off balance and then called on 07/18/2018 and paid off your account in full. 

I asked the bank if there was any statement made about you being unhappy or wanting to cancel and they said, "No". I aplogoze if I seem confused but this is the first I am hearing about the matter and unforunately Rip Off Report does not notify the business when a complaint is made. As you can see on Google, Yelp, Facebook, Twitter, BBB and several other review locations we have very happy customers and none who feel riped off or unhappy. We take customer reviews very seriously good or bad and respond to every one with in 48 hours. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority which is why as the owner of Olympic Health and Safety Network I am reaching out to you myself to see what happend. 

Federal Regualtion allows consumers 3 business days/72 Business hours to return or cancel all products with refund in full. This regulation applys to all in home transactions. We follow the letter to the law and after the 3rd business day and then transfer the contract to the bank so they can carry the aggrement. We can not cancel the purcahse or contract after the 3rd business day. I apologize if that is not what you are wanting but we are with in the full letter of the law. 

In reguards to low quality products. We provide the highest quaility products avalible and take consumer safety as our number one priority. We would never provide a low quality product especially when it comes to something that can help save a life. We take pride in the fact there has never been a reported loss of life due to failure of our products. I hope to keep that track record. We stay up to date with the constant fire safety codes and do our best to provide the optimum level or protection rather than the minumun.

I looked online to see what your referring to with companies selling low quality alarms at high prices and I dont see anything about our company or our products. I do see other products but not ours. If you can refer me to where you see our company and our products I would appreciate it so I can make sure thats not how people feel. Yes the price of your products are higher than some others but please take in consideration the following.
