Omni Prepaid cards Omni Card Omni declines your purchass and then Keeps Your Money!!! DO NOT BUY THESE PREPAIDS Nationwide

I have won several prepaid visa cards with money on them from 50.00 to 500.00. Each time I get them I try and use them and to my embarrassment , they get declined at checkout (H Depot, Lowes etc) . So I us another CC and put them away.  Call Omni and wait on an extended hold, just to hang up to get my work done. I file the card, like so many other "winners' and dont use it again until I pull it out and push it back in my wallet afraid to get declined again when others are behnd me on a line.   (Who wants to be embarrassed when their gift credit card gets declined??)  So I try and use it online, and guess what.........its expired. 

So Ive called the manufacturer who issued it and begged them no longer to buy OMNI pepaid cards (yes I have some pull, Ive been a dealer for them for 38 years now)   Called Omni and of of course the card is "expired " and they took the funds.  So Omni have at my 500.00 and my 50.00 gft cards that I won from one of my manufactures but I urge other large manufacturers who are thining of using these Omni prepaid cards as presents or incentives to skip over Omni and use another source.  Nothing says disguist then when you take back something someone has won. Bad deal Omni next call is to Polaris who issued the card and I will tell them the same thing, taking back a reward is one of the worst things a company can do. I will continue to inform people on the net about Omni prepaid. Have fun with my 550.00.
