MIke Anderson and One Step Realty was hired to lease out and manage an apartment unit located at 307 Riley Street in Holland Michigan.  Mike Anderson and One Step Realty  STOLE THE RENT MONEY AND REFUSED TO PAY THE OWNER THE RENT COLLECTED, LIED REPEATEDLY, ISSUED BOGUS INSPECTION AND REPAIR REPORTS, FAILED TO PROPERLY SCREEN THE TENANTS.  The owner submitted numerous written and verbal demands with no response from One Step Realty or Mike Anderson.  Owner filed a police report and filed a claim with the Michigan State district attorney, as well as the BBB and the department of real estate.  It is unclear at this time if One Step Realty is even authorized or licensed to do business in the state of Michigan.  Anyone who has had similar experiences with this company, please contact Matthew M at (((REDACTED))) @aol.com or call at (310) xxx-xxxx.
