One Stop Global Quicken Peter, Amanda Folsom, Sr Manager Customer Service Specialist Was sold complete suport for $599.97 0n 2/11/17. On 3/25/17 I could not solve the problem; Peter finaly returned my call and I asked for a refund. I was told that only $399.00 could be refunded and in 21 days. My bank account has yet to receive the funds and the the telepone numbers I have, do no respond. Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

On February 10, 2017 I called Quiken Support to help me with my banking journal entries.  A fellow identified himself only as Perter, working for Quicken asked for access to my quicken account.  We worked online for 45 minutes and it appeared the problem was solved.  I called back next day as the problem persisted and was told my account had been hacked but he could correct it. 

'Peter' offered a  5 year plan for $799 that would answer and solved any Quicken problems.  I was hessitant to give my bank account and 'Peter' insisted he was a legit Quicken Support and offered the plan for $599.  He would not take a credit card, then he emailed me a contract with an intuit logo, which I signed and gave my bank account.  On Feb. 17, 2017 my bank account was debitted for 599.97 from One Stop Global Quicken.

On March 25, 2017 I reached out to 'Peter' with another question; unhappy with the servie, I decided to cancell my contract.  He said the full amount could not be returned and promised that my account would be credited $399.00 in 21 days.

I failed to check up on the refund right away assuming the amount had been refunded.  By August 30, 2017 the funds have not been creditted.  The telephone number I had used to reach Peter has a recorded message "No longer in service".

I see now from Ripoff Reports that others have had same experience.  I hope we can get our money back!
