One Way Pool Service Threatening hostile Sun city Arizona

Hired new pool serviced refered by brother in law.Kurt a declared pastor has done pool service for brother in law for 5 years. No problems. Charges 100 per month vs the normal 80 due the the extra special job he states he does.this is house we rent out to tenants. Kurt states cartridge needs cleaning 160 dollars. No problem. After 3 weeks tenant calls and states pool guy not sweeping or vacuuming. Texted Kurt to ask, no reply. Texted again and discontinued service. Then Kurt. Replies. First swears he did sweep then says " I can't sweep and vacuum each time I wouldn't make money after I told him I watched him not sweep. Shasta pools came out to fix pop ups and state cartridges are so dirty warranty my be voided. Texted Kurt and explained this. Never calling him a liar. Just said " you cheated me and your a man of the cloth" Kurt left voice mail he wants to meet.Me man to man. If I'm man enough. Not at the pool but at an undisclosed place.

When I asked him if he was inviting me to a fight he said Yes.  Several more threatening texts how I'd better pay or else.then I feel sorry for you and you family. I contacted police. Kurt told police I called him a liar 10 times. Told brother in law I called him a liar 10 times. Then texts am again to say he'd pray for me. Kurt also states he replaced baskets. Shasta states I need new baskets. Kurt feels I owe him additional money that he states he did with chemicals and never charged for. I guess since he is such a devout Christian he just wanted to give me a break but now wants money for it.he also called brother in law stating he only wanted to meet me. I have the actual voice mail where he was seething through his teeth in anger for being called out on his dishonesty. His resolution is to have a street fight behind an undisclosed building somewhere.kurt is a supposed mixed martial artist and probably doesn't know I'm a collegiate div 2 wrestler. Didn't feel the need to put my professional license on the line and eat green bologna with Joe A over this lunatic. Now have to worry about wife at home when I'm out. Avoid this hostile loose cannon who is actually in his 50s and has the mental maturity and IQ of a third grader
