08/17 Mr. Mike Pagan contacted to us to buy leads from him , He said that he would also do a email marketing campaign and he would set up a landing page and buy ten million leads for our product for $4,219 . We agreed that we would pay half when he started then the rest when he finished our website it was odd that he asked to deposit the money into his bank account:

 He indeed finished it and started the mailing campaign the leads where so bad 60%-40% had disconnected/erroneous numbers he send 4 million out of the 10 million we told him we did not want to use any of the leads and to refund $1800 for the 6 million leads that we had not used we had no intention of using due to the worst disconnected ratio I had ever seen . He said I don't offer refunds just credits; . I proceeded to inform the better business bureau since in his site it states that he has a A+ Rating when I called to report him they told me he is not even enrolled with the better business beareuou. He just scammed our company .
