Alena Cook initial contact person, she transferred me to Adrian, at phone #18883897614 on 7/3/2016 I was sold a Computer Protection Plan for 3 years for a total of $199.99 to cover from 7/3/2016 to 7/3/2019, that would provide full coverage protection for my computer that I could call anytime 24hours a day for assistance with my computer issues/problems. Internet 

 On 7/3/2016 a warning message  appeared on my computer screen to contact #1 888 389 7614 had a virus IP#77-234-19-140, that my computer has 3 Defenders and only 2 were working. I called the # 1 888 389 7614, Alena Cook answered, spoke to her briefly, then she transferred me to Mr. Adrian Clayborn ID himself as an Agent,  after extensive discussion, he went on to list 10 Items of Protection that he could cover with the proposed Coverage Plan for my Computer. He offerred various Protection Plans, coding various costs for 1year, 2 years, 3 years and convinced me the 3 year plan was the best. This was the first Computer I have bought, I was very concerned and wanted to have good protection for it, so gracefully he convinced me to buy the plan. From the day I bought the plan, I have attempted to contact the on the above listed number and have never been able to get through to a live person to help me with my concerns, when I call the listed number there is no answer, there is just music and after a while it hangs up. I have full documentation/ payment transaction, invoice statement from my credit union, of payment in full to onlineresolve , for a total of $199.99, and completed notes of my initail contact conversation with the listed individuals I spoke to from ONLINERESOLVE. Please let me know of what other information you may need, I have lots of documentation. I hae Never been able to get any use of their promised service with this plan, since the day I purchased it. I am very convinced that it is and has been a full fraud scam since the begining. Please help me recover my cost of $199.99, Thank You!
