I had the misfortune of purchasing Wimbledon tickets from this company. They requested that I sign an e-mail to confirm that I agree with the terms and conditions and authorise them to credit my visa card. I refused to do so as this was unusual considering that I already put in a visa verification number ect. I contacted them and informed them of my decision and was informed that the transaction will be cancelled and that I will not receive a refund because they have protection under EU directive 31997l0007 97/7/ec
This directive does not give them any such right at all. The exclusion they refer to is totally unrelated to refunds. I searched the domain name and found the owners to be the following:
