Oofay.com, Scam! Don't buy gold from www.oofay.com Internet

I recently ordered 500 gold for the game, World of Warcraft. On their site they said they would have the gold to me within 45 minutes. It's been 12 hours and I haven't received my gold. I started searching around and found a lot of other people are having problems with oofay also. I went on the online help only to talk to Kelly and Eva. They told me my gold would be ready within the hour, on 3 separate occasions. I also sent them an email.

"Dear customer,
We are terribly sorry for the delay of your order. These days the gold market has had a shortage, what's more, we have large amounts of orders rushing in. So please excuses us for this. Right now we are looking for gold for you urgently, thank you for your understanding "

That's the message I found in my inbox after I sent this;

"Hello.

Today is Monday, August 4th, 2008. Where I am, it is 10:45 PM. I placed an order this MORNING at around 10 AM. I was told at 11 that my gold would be ready in 30 minutes. On your site it said I'd have it in 5-40 minutes. I still have NOT recieved my gold and it has been at least 12 HOURS. I'm getting frustrated. I've been on your online chat many times, only to be told the same thing. Your phone line is busy, AND your MSN isn't online. This is coming off as a scam to me.

My character name is -----, in the US WoW server Vek'nilash...

I've been waiting WAY over the time you said it should be delivered. "

I got that message within 5 minutes of sending this. I replied again and still have no answer.
