OptumRX deceptive, rip-off, cheat, crappy, fraud Irvine CA

OptumRX is the absolute pits. On a scale of 1 to 5 (5 being the highest) consumer affairs gives Optum RX a rating of 1. This place does everything imaginable to get out paying claims, losing paperwork, denying claims for no other reason than denying & in many cases giving the consumer absolutely no warning. I called for a pre authorization. Optum lost the paper work not only once but 5 times. I got on the phone & let them know about it, The rep said she would call my Dr. then and there while I was on the phone, so I could hear the conversation. The rep did not call my Dr, She called a bogus # and said no one answered. Had she really called my Dr. who is tied into a health network had no one answered on the 5th ring the call would have been automatically transferred to voice mail. The bogus call was not. I am elderly and tired of fighting with this lower than low prescription company. I wish someone would shut them down.
