Orange County BMW S & W Motors, Fraud, Ripoff, Fake loan offers to get you to the dealership~~Beware!!! Internet

I put in an online application for a car that I saw and wanted to buy. The next morning I got a call from Jasmine from Quick Car Loans Supposedly from Long Island. She stated that I was approved for $35,000.00 no money down, no co-signer. All I had to do was go to S & W Motors located at 101 Maher Lane Harriman, NY 10926 bring my cell phone bill, 3 pieces of mail and my driver's license. I said great I will be there tomorrow. (I do have good credit so I did not think anything of it) I was assured that S&W was not affiliated with Orange Count BMW in any way. I have a conflict in interest with them and did not want to deal with them. SO..I was expecting to look at the vehicle I applied for online when I got there. I get there and it is an empty showroom shabby no cars broken windows 3 desks and 3 unsavory looking young men sitting at a desk in the far corner.

So I go in and introduce myself and explain I was approved for the car I was looking at. So Rob gives me a form to fill out he said was so he could access my file. I fill it out and he says just give me your driver license so I can copy it I will pull up your file. You can go out and look around and let me know if there is anything you like. I go out looking for the car I saw online...no cars at all just BMW's everywhere. I get pissed go inside not only because it was freezing a$$ cold outside but because he sent me out there for no reason. I don't want or can't even afford a freakin' BMW. I say to him I don't know what I am looking for there are only BMW's out there. He then pointed to a huge suv and a sports car parked up against the window!! I am on the market for a midsize used suv. So then the nerve of the guy he didn't pull my file he pulled my credit report and was critiquing my credit!!!! I was pissed. He advised me that I was approved upon dealer approval! I advised him that, that was not what I was told.

I was told I was approved! I was so pi$$ed off I went outside and called the people that supposedly approved me. I remember the email I got from carsdirect.com that said Quick Car Loans 101 Maher Lane Harriman NY. I asked them where they were located. they said that they were located in Long Island. I told them they are full of sh*t that they are located right here in the building and are not a bank so how can they approve someone for a car loan. I then called Orange County BMW and asked for Rob he answered the phone "Orange County BMW" I said to him I thought you were not affiliated with OC BMW he said "Oh they are our mother company so we have to answer like that" I than said you guys lied to me then because I said I did not want to deal with OC BMW" He was silent did not know what to say. He knew the gig was up! It was all a scam Quick Car Loans, Orange County BMW & S&W Motors are all a scam. They are all the same company scamming consumers into thinking they are approved so they will come down to their dive of a dealership!!! I have put in a complaint with the BBB to get their unapproved inquiry off of my credit report. The happy news is is that I went to a reputable dealer, got approved 100% financing and am picking up my new suv tomorrow!
