Orange Frog Media located in Jacksonville, Florida owner Lee Finnegan has not delivered a website to me per our agreement. He stole my money and has not held up to the promise to design the site. He has not put up an demo page  and i have nothing to show for the money i spent to have my site done. Ive called and emailed Lee, and he doesn't answer the phone. On the few occasions we have spoken, he has told me that he is taking days off or is working on other clients site. I sent him the payment for my site four months ago and i have had to call, email, text every day and we are still not getting any where with the development of the site. I gave Lee a due date of 8/5 which he has not going to meet. I have products waiting to be put online and no website to put them on. This is unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Im have lost money from clients and investors because my website isnt getting completed. Lee, should not be permitted to do any transactions using your system because this is clearly a scam. When lee wanted my business and my deposit he called, emailed, and texted me everyday, now that i need my product he can not be reached and he has not given me the website we spent so many hours planning. I have waited very patiently for the design of my site to get complete, i have stayed up several nights waiting for him to email me designs, templates ect and nothing is being delivered.
 
He sent me an email on October 1st saying that he can not do my website due to a broken leg and that i should find someone else to complete my site. I haven't gotten a refund, he has not called back or responded to emails. Lee with Orange Frog media  is a scam and con man. He does this for a living, he isnt a legitimate business man or business. Please do not fall for this SCAM!!! I want to put this information out about Lee Finnegan with Orange Frog Media so that others wont loose their hard earned money. In this economy small business owners are looking for ways to advertise and make themselves better, it is extremely frustrating when our hard earned money is stolen. Please be aware.
