Don't sign anything!!! Even if they make it appear like it is not a big deal.  I filled out a form online to take advantage of the 2 week free trial.  I read the fine print on the form I signed and it appeared fine.  At my first class, they took a photo and had me sign my name on an ipod.  I walked in and they just said sign here.  I thought I was just signing in to attend my first class.  After my two week free trial, I decided to sign up for another month.  I went to the front desk to sign up and I was told I was already signed in for the premier membership.  I thought it odd since I don't remember signing up for anything but the two week free trial.  But since I was signing up for another month, I shrugged it off.  This was already a red flag.  Mind you, I did not get a copy of my contract.  I did not sign a contract.  Since I did not have a contract at all, I was not aware of all the little limitations, extra charges for the membership.  They ding you on everything!!  If you are too late to cancel a class, they charge $12.  If you miss a class, they charge $12.  If you want to freeze your account because of injury or you will be on vacation (monthly premier membership is $160), they charge you $15 for each month you freeze your account.  You also have to buy the heart rate monitor.  Lastly, even when you want to cancel your membership, you can't.  They have a strict policy that you must give them 30 days notice before you cancel.  So if you decide you no longer want to go to their gym, you still have to pay one month's fee and are forced to go for another month.  Unbelievable!  I don't know of any gym that does this.  All this is supposedly listed in a contract I never received.  What is truly worse, is they showed me a contract I allegedly signed (I am thinking they took my signature from the first class I signed in for and superimposed it in the contract I never read, never received and never got).  Orange Theory is a pretty shady business of deceit.  Go to other gyms.  This is not a respectable company,
