Orchard Apartments commercial vehicle lease deceit Ripoff Tulsa Oklahoma

I have lived here for well over five years and the new people who bought this place are coming in and changing rules making it hard to live here and if you want to move they are holding a lease against me that they were not even a part of. Enforcing rules from the old owners from 2001 and enforcing a lease from the next owners to keep me here. Everyday it is something different. They have put up signs all over the place claiming this is the friendly place to live and we love our tenents yet are doing things contradictory to someone who wants to rent places to live.

Some things you should know....Your rent will be 395 for a one bedroom and 495 for a two bedroom because according to the landlords manager they are going to have the new tenents pay for all the renovations. The rents were 365 and 465. This place is going to be like a concentration camp with all the bright lights at night and the security fences and the on site jailer who is ordered to have a zero tolerance policy toward the people renting here.

You should also know about the flooding here. If you decide to live on the bottom floor you stand a chance of being flooded out. When it rains here the water gets deep.

This area of Tulsa is a dangerous area as there have been shootings and thefts and killings right on the streets. A few nights ago someone robbed the office for all the tools being used to do the work here.

Why am I still here... Because they are holding me to a lease that was signed when the second owners were here and it will not expire til 12-06-2005

In closing for 395 and 495 you can live in a better place and one that is not designed with prison like living conditions.
