HBSC Or Household Bank Fees out the WAZOO!! This Bank is worse than a LOANSHARK!!! ripoff Salinas California

My wife and I filed for Bankruptcy almost a year ago and we were told to get a credit card ASAP to start rebuilding our credit. Well I looked online but the only Credit card Co that kept popping up is Orchard Bank. So I figured what the hell.

I bit the bullet and applied and payed the fees. I wasn't expecting to get a $20,000 credit limit but when they only gave me a $300 limit I was dumbstruck. Well anyway here we are almost a year later. I have used the card a few times and I have checked my credit report.

They SAID they report to the credit agencys on a regular basis which they do not. They Said that they do this to help your credit which it hasn't. I called them to see if I could possibly get a credit increase. They asked for my gross monthly salary which I provided(which was the same when I applied for it.)

The Cusomer Service Rep. said "Congratulations you qualify for a credit increase!" Heres were it gets good. He informed me that they will give me a $100.00 credit increase for a $10.00 fee!! I almost fell out of my chair. This is what loansharks call a Vig and thats what these people are nothing but loansharks. I am going to look around for a credit card company that wants to to give me their business.

Oh and here's another great feature of this company. They don't even give you an 800 number for Customer Service. You have to call a toll number.

This so called bank is nothing but a rip off. they don't care about people and they certainly do not want to help people with bad credit situations. They are Predatory lenders.
