Original Diet Patch ripoff Do not refund money Los Angeles Internet

I return their product in late April. Called them in May but they had not got notification of the product being returned yet. By late May the phone number to call has a recording stating they are not accepting new orders and to email the customer service.

I email customer service around May 30th and I received an email back on June 7th that my refund was processed and that my credit card should be credited in 7 to 10 business days. I checked my account everyday from the 7th day on and as of today which would be the 14th business day my card is still not showing the credit. I can not talk to a live person and believe they are not a real company. I have been ripped off of $169.00 and have contacted an attorney.
