otter box defective case Nationwide

I was given a otter box as a Valentine's day gift for my galaxy s5 through sprint 

We paid almost 70$ for this case and was told it was the best case for the phone and I could drop it throw it and the phone would be protected 

Well I dropped my phone 1 time the screen shattered and the customer service department bamboozled me for over an hour refusing to cover the  phone That is now broken 

Then I was told I would have a refund for the case... but the catcher...... I needed the Receit.

Then the agent got an attitude and says well I ALWAYS keep my recites for anything that might be returNed..

OK who keeps a receit for a phone case That's SUPPOSE TO PROTECT YOUR PHONE. That's a gift for someone... 

I will NEVER buy another one of this product and I don't recomend any one else to either
