to follow up on sebastian report number 569970, and lehigh report #475650 james at outboard rebuild.com also frauded us we sent him a 175 hp everude motor in october of 2009. james has done nothing but lie to us. we sent him approx $3900.00 and were promised the motor back in three weeks. we are going on 7 months now. i call him or his father on a daily basis. and they, will tell me another lie. like i have shipped the motor last friday. but they never do. just today i found out that the heads were sill not on the motor. that is of course if it was rebuilt at all. i am about to take legal action against him. sebastion and lehigh if you read this please give me a call or email me at (((REDACTED)))

very sad - same old story

I would be glad to join in - It will happen one way or another - just hired a Cert. Merc mech local - took awhile to get money up - found out low comp on motor so far 90 psi -100 psi - one at 115 - getting ready to go through motor and document all of our findings at the end of the month for court. My boat still sits - And I do not want a 3rd motor from these people - just all my money back .
