owner guard vehicle service refused topay a claim for repairs after I summited all the information they requested san diego, California

I filed a claim to get my transfer case replaced on my pick up. They said I had to provide a mantenance report on my pickup. I sent that and then they wanted reciepts from those services. I talked to the garage that had serviced my transfer case and he made me a copy of it and sent it to owner guard. Then Keven at owner guard called me back and denied my clame. He said I had to send the oringinal signed copy in detail and pruff on payment. I am not able to provide that, it was over a year ago. I talked to his supervisor and was not able to convince them that the transfor case was serviced. I even gave them the phone number of the shop that did the work and they would not call them to verify the work done. I bought their product on good faith to protect my cost of repairs on a breakdown. Now I feel that owner guard is insuating that I am lying to them to get my pickup fixed. So it looks like the $1695.00 I paid up front to owner guard for the protection and the $2300.00 Iwill have to pay to fix my pickup is my loss.   I also went on line to find a complaint dept at owner guard and I could not find one.      Apparently the want to sell thier product but have no way for a consummer to complain about their services.
