OwnerGuard Waiting, Waiting, Waiting... Still not paid 8 months later San Diego Utah

I purchased Owner Guard Gap insurance 3 years ago. My daughter totaled my car in January. It is now almost August and it has still not been paid. I caled to find out when it was going to be paid and no one could tell me. I got all my information in and they kept wanting something different, just to drag it on. They can't tell me who I need to speak to or give me a supervisor because supposely they are on vacation or in a meeting. All that is owing on the car is $1500.00 and they can't even pay that. I am having to make 2 car payments to protect my credit until they pay the remaining balance on the loan. I would not recommend anyone get Owner Guard especially for what you pay for it.
