Ozzy was great before and during the wedding and took some great photos. The only issue is I have yet to receive anything other than an online sampler and have been informed a portion of the photos have been lost. It has been 2 years since the wedding shoot took place and Ozzy has been ignoring my calls texts and emails ever since the wedding. The few times I have been able to get him on the phone has led to empty promises of callbacks to resolve this matter.
Save yourself the time, money, and heartache and DO NOT HIRE HIM AS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER!!! I am not hte only one that has had this experience. Simply google his name along with something negative and a plethora of complaints will come up. He has one star on most wedding services websites. This guy is a great photographer but seems incapable of anything other than the actual shoot itself.

Nearly three and a half years have elapsed since ozzy acted as our wedding photographer and provided a thirty day timeline for delivery of out photos. We have yet to receive a single photo and nothing close to a simple refund. We have been ignored and ridiculed, by both ozzy and his team, every time we attempt ot resolve this issue.
Please research this thief prior to using him as you will see this experience as a common thread amongst the majority of his prior customers.

This is a follow up to my original complaint regarding Ozzy Garcia Photography. Since filing this resport I have been contacted by Ozzy and informed he had had extenuating circumstances and was therefore unable to respond to y attempts to contact him. He has agreed to all of my requests and has been working to resolve this matter to my complete satisfaction.
Just to be clear, Ozzy is a great photographer and did a wonderfull job with my wedding photos.
In light of these new circumstances, I rectract my earlier complaint regarding his services and highl recomend using him as your photographer. He is a genuinelly sincere and kind person and was a true pleasure to work with.
