P. Scott Lowery Law Office, David Bochman Calls My Mother In Law, office, home phone, fax phone, cell phone, CONSTANTLY Denver Colorado

Almost one Year, HUNDREDS of calls to 5 different phone numbers and even calling my Mother In Law... I still dont know what they are trying to get money for!


This office has called me so many times that I am about to loose my mind. Of course I spoke with them in the beginning to clarify what debt it was that I owed, since I had never heard of these people I wanted to know what was going on.
After a short and incomplete explanation by them they tried to get me to arrange sending them money. I refused of course, I am thinking to myself "who are these people, what loan is it that they want me to pay on"????
I would have continued to work with them if they could have mailed me something to first show me that they are a legitimate company and are actually trying to collect on something that I owe. I did have a divorce a few years back and have been trying to clean up that mess for some time now.
I never recieved anything from these people via mail or over the phone that told me what it was I owed them and why. Since then I have had about 10 months of increasingly irritating phone calls on every phone number associated with my home, office and even family members. A person from this office has actually called my Mother In Law that lives over 5 houres away from us to tell her to let me know that "David Bochman with the Law Offices of Scott Lowery are looking to speak to me".
I understand collecting debt but for gods sakes they are handling this like the mafia would, and I still have no ideah what it is they are collecting ON!
The only answers I get are names of companies that sound like another collection company wich I have never heard of.
This is a nightmare and they are true dirtbags just harassing people and all the people that they know.
...I better go now, my fax machine is ringing off the hook, must be David Bochman with the offices of Scott Lowery........
Maybey if David spent more time on communicating instead of harrasing and threatening he may get some cooperation and we could figure this thing out?
