These guys gave me a call today through a "process server" with an Austin, Texas phone number. When calling back the process server, the call went direct to voice mail... like it would on a cell phone that doesn't accept incoming phone calls. After calling the number instructed by the bogus process server, I was put into contact with someone calling himself "Gavin Dupree," who answers the phone under various names. The guy tried the usual "you're going to get sued" bullshit that these retards usually do... seriously, if they had an IQ above that of a wet fart, they'd find better, more lucrative employment in janitorial services. What is amusing is that these guys are currently being sued for abusive collection practices.

Another amusing thing is that all their "business listings" fail to provide an address, saying you must call them for that information. They don't identify them besides "business office" when you call them, and it's fairly obvious they have a very limited (in both numbers and intelligence) staff. They threaten a sheriff will come and serve you paperwork: let them. These assholes try to collect ANYTHING and hang up on you when you ask for information relating to the claim.

1) The statute of limitations to bring legal action for a collection is four years. The claim these malicious twats are "bringing against" me is over six years old.

2) It's a claim related to an IDENTITY THEFT!

3) They're pathetic. All they know how to do is scream and yell and hang up the phone. All they want to do is scare you.
