Online order could not be confirmed for 5 days. When it finally was The order was triple what it should have been. Was charged $91 for my $29 order which I immediately cancelled. They first told me the order was already sent out. So the said I had to refuse shipment and have it sent back. After 6 weeks of recieving nothing I called and was told they were processing a refund but their automated system was down and was being handled manually. Waited 14 more days. This went on a few more times.
Originaly ordered on 3/26/06. It is now 5/23/06 and was told by thier supervisor the same thing(10-14 more days) I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever see my money.
My advice is to stay far away from these rip-off specialist.
