I am employed by this dishonest company. They charge different placement rates for every collection placement form every cleint some at 20 percent and some at 50 percent some at 25 percent They hold on to bussiness money for a 45 days in a seperate why don't they just give it to someone . They dont have a credit card machine and their Customers ar not happy about this as well.They use a third party investigator as well for their investigators and attorneys,

Our firm does charge varied contingency rates. This is not unusual in our industry of collections/Legal. We charge different rates because of the volume of clients our firm has we get different types of placements. Depending on the age of the account, the dollar amount, the volume of accounts placing, and the status of the debtor company at time of placement dictates that a client may get either a preferred rate or they get a normal rate for their account.
We remit on the 15th of every month for monies collected in the previous month. The volume of clients we have as a professional firm dictates that we have a set date to process remits. Companies that vary their remits tend to have much fewer clients. It is possible that we could recover monies for our client on the 1st of a month and not remit until the 15th of the following month. It is equally possible that we recover monies on the 30th of a month and remit the 15th of the following month.
