This Company if you can even call them a company buys a debt, from I don't know anybody and then picks a name out of the phone book and says you owe the debt. They are garnishing my wages and I do not even owe the debt. I have never even heard of this company, but the courts allowed them to take my wages. This is not fair. I am disabled and only work 3 days a week 4 hours a day. I called the law office Levy and Associates,LLC who are representing Palisades Acquisitions XVI a fraud company and they back them up. It's absolutely ridiculous. I told them I never owned credit cards, and the name on the account is not even my name. Of course that's not their problem. What is our Justice system coming to.

If they are garnishing your wages did you receive a court order to attend a hearing? If not then you need to get a lawyer asap! Go to www.budhibbs.com and read about these scumbags. He also has a link for Attorneys who specialize in this type of situations.
Be proactive and fight back! Kick their a*s and take them for all they are worth!
