PALISADES COLLECTION, MR. RIVERS RIPOFF THREATHENED REFUSE TO GIVE ME PROPER UPDATE ON MY ACCOUNT STAUS GAVE MISLEADING STATEMENTS NEW YORK New York

a freeze which was placed on my bank account which i did not become aware of until i went to obtain my direct deposit payroll check and was notified by the bank. When i phoned Mr.Rivers I asked him what was going on. He stated my account was frozen and i needed to sign the money over to him or he would be sending the marshals to take it because i had a past debt since 1999. i informed him went i received the credit card i was on public assistance and that i once had a housing subsisy which i no longer have due to my gaining employment my rent is enormous and i have not been able to accumulate any funds. He then said it was illegal for a credit card company to issue a card to someone on public assistance. i begin to tell him the amount of money that was frozen was all the money i had in the world and i needed to buy food for my children and pay my rent or risk becoming eviction.

he was totally non- humanistic I told him there was no way i could afford to pay $3,000,00 dollars at one time and i was willing to work something out. he said no way and told me to borrow the money or else, i told him i did not have anyone to borrow the money from. he told told me sign the money over or he's sending the marshals again. i told him the money in the account was was direct deposit wages and i know he was entitled to take 10% he said if he sent the marshalls he could take it all and if i didn't sign it over that what he was going to do. i have not received any court order for the court procedings that he said was against me and he was not only threathening but very cruel. when i asked to speak with a supervisior the next time he put me said she was not around and put me on hold.

i have left several messages for the supervisior none of my calls returned. i am appauled that i have been treated like dirt and unable to get any straight answers in regards to my situation. i made a complaint with the attorney general and when i spoke with him again i inform him that i did not appreciate his threats and filed a complaint. then he told me since i filed a complaint he was sending the marshals to my job, i informed him not to get personal and he refused to talk rationally i asked to speak with a supervisior becaause i was getting no where with this guy he told the supervisor was not around and hung up the phoe. since then i have tried to phone the supervisor because i do want to make a arrangement to pay the debt i left several messages and still have not received a response. please help me
