Only in Florida could a company this unethical be allowed to continue to fleece thier unsuspecting customers. "Get the money and skip the service" is obviously the motto of this fly-by-night rip-off scam.

The unethical and dishonest behavior flows from the top down. Owner Bill Shea stays behind the scenes, not working much, but he directs and has taught his coharts in crime well. He, his sales-punk Doug, and most of the rest of the merry band of thieves care only about taking your money. Once they have it, don't expect the least bit of follow-through.

What is so disturbing is what great con men they are. They are "so nice", promising you the world, and having you believing they are so wonderful...until the check clears. Then try reaching them and good luck getting what you were promised.

Anyone in need of windows or doors in the palm beach area would be well advised to look elsewhere. Palm Beach Window and Door, at best has the worst service you could imagine, and at best are out and out thieves. They should be out of business.
