I ordered five T-shirts from Palmer Cash on June 13. My credit card was billed on June 28 and to date (July 11) I have not received any goods.
I emailed the company three times with no response. I have now disputed the charge on my credit card. I have also filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Idaho Attorney General.
I would encourage anyone else with issues about the company to do the same.

Palmercash.com actually delivered some of my order

Palmer Cash finally delivered most of my order after nearly two months. I got four of five t-shirts and they are all the right size and cute!! They say the fifth is on back order -- so we'll see if it arrives. If only this company could get it together, they'd have a really good thing going. I haven't seen t-shirts this cute anywhere else.
