Palmer Cash They steal your money then act like you never placed an order. Boise Internet

I placed an order on June 22nd, 2007 and paid via paypal. A few days later I checked on the status of my order and when I log in on their page the status page is blank. I sent an email to customer service and asked about my order to which they never replied. I started a paypal dispute on July 3rd stating that I never received my shirt and they replied stating that they had never recieved my order. I replied with the paypal transaction id, order number and what I was trying to order and never got a reply. I try to call their 1-800 number on the website but all I get is a voicemail. The number listed on their WHOIS information, I tried calling it as well but again all I got was a voicemail.

I've sent them several emails through paypals dispute page asking for a refund but Palmercash.com never responded. I escalated the dispute to a claim through paypal on July 9th to try and get my money back and it's sitting in the "Awaiting Sellers Repsonse" status. That's fine, I know that after a period of time if PalmerCash doesn't respond Paypal will just take the money from them and give it back.

I'd strongly advise anyone out there to avoid PalmerCash.com. Don't give into the lies when their employees respond on this site saying that they're trying to improve. They may not steal everyones money but they do have a track record of stealing money from a lot of people.
