These guys are a group of evil slumlords who know the system and how to get away with screwing good and honest people out of their money and safety. They endanger the tenants that are unfortunate enough to be living under their 'company's management. They steal security deposits, extort money from their tenants, threaten them if they speak out against the managements tactics. They promote unhealthful living conditions, dangerous environments and abandon those in need.

If only one instance maybe this could be deemed excessive, but it is STANDARD PROCEDURE with these assholes.
