ON April 09, 2008, I placed an order for a Panama Gold coin from Panda America. I did it thru their web site. Supposedly, the coin was available in their inventory.
I wait two weeks and nothing. Nothing came in the mail. Then, I called them on the phone and told me they shipped the coin. I continue waiting and nothing. I called them again. Another person told me someone will call me back and nothing. I called them again and find out they do not have the coin that they were looking for it.
The worst of all is that they had charged my credit card since the tiem I placed the order on their site! I asked them why would you charge my credit card and you have not shipped anything, you do not have the coin? They did not say anything. I told them to give me credit to my credit card account and called my credit card company right away.
These people do not do good business. They lie and give false statements. Also, they prices are very very high.
This is the bad experience I had with this company.

You didn't say anything about them, not giving you a refund so I can only assume they did. You had a bad experience, you got your money back, what more do you want? This is not a rip off.
