Inferior samples received...returned...attempted thru e mail and phone to cancel product order after viewing these samples. NO RESPONSE. Had to get my bank involved and filed a claim against the company.
Finally got hold of a man and he said he wanted pictures of samples so he could reprimand girl send them out. Over a month later I am notified that a freight shipment of 1073.00 in stone veneer panels has been attempting to deliver. I refused order.
Customer service extremely rude and calling me a liar and going to charge me 20% restocking fee!!! They said when I told them that I had talked to a man there that there were NO MEN WORKING THERE...WHAT??????? Stay away...crappy proucts and dangerous dishonest people that will take your money.
