For almost a year I received calls weekly on my corporate cell number.  This number is registered Do Not Call.  The telemarketing calls were from spoofed or non-existant numbers 480-290-6349, 602-507-6525, 623-282-2543 and many others I did not save. I complained to FTC (Do Not Call), FCC (spoofed numbers), and AZ AG for these aggressive and relentless calls.  I finally relented and answered their qualifying questions so that a contractor showed up.  I asked for his business card and whether his company Discover Energy Services was directly operating the boiler room that was calling me (but not in those terms).  Buck Michelsohn acknowledged that they did indeed operate the call center using the name Go Green Initiative or Go Green Arizona.  I have since learned that they are all part of Paniolo Builders LLC.  AZ ROC #176789.  I have received no additional calls since my lead was developed and a consultant was sent.
