Paradise Properties They promised to list my time share on their listing and get a buyer. Deerfield Beach Florida

Representative Phillip Jordan of Paradise Property contacted me after I had made searches on the internet for a company to sell my time share in Kissimee Florida, next to Orlando. He said there were numerous buyers and that they could probably sell the time share for what I wanted within three weeks. This was 9-10-07. I paid $489.00 for this service and he would get back to me with the results. He also said that since I had already used another company that when they sell the property, Florida state law was that the other company would have to pay back what I had paid them for the service because they never sold the property. And that if they sold my time share within the three weeks, the service would only be $410.00 and they would refund me the rest.

I never heard from them again. I tried contacting them about three months ago and only got a voicemail of which I was to leave a message. They never returned my call and when I tried to call them at the number listed above as well as (877) 258-9958, the numbers no longer existed. I have tried to find their web site but have not been able to ever since I was first contacted by them. They had a web site then.

I also called (718) 785-9222 and was able to talk to a John Berry. He said that he would leave the message for Phillip Jordan or anyone else in the office. I never heard from them again.

I believe I was ripped off. I can't find anything on the internet for this company except for this ripoff report website. The charge of $489.00 was made with my Visa charge account.
