Cannot get my deposit. Paid them $35k deposit per a lot.  Today Paragon did not show up in the court , (It appearing that the defendant(s) herein, Properties of Costa Rica, Inc. And Paragon

Properties of Costa Rica, LLC., are in default for failure to appear in court) all phone lines are off. ( http://www.scribd.com/doc/37819812/Paragon-Properties-of-Costa-Rica-Default)  It means no money for us. We should get together against these fat cats. Any suggestions. Anyone can suggest what all we should do now? We are all future neighbors but without money. May be we should contact this law firm: (((link redacted)))

Paragon properties of costa rica llc bill gale bill gale of paragon properties sold me a piece of land (lot #51/47 las brisas) for 60,000 dollars later reduced to 50,500 with the agreement to install water utilities on the property and then at an additional cost to build a home on that land as well as plans to build an entire community. I paid all monies due to purchase the lot and not only was the lot not properly registered with the proper costa rican authority but no further development or homes were ever built. I have just returned from costa rica where I confirmed what I just stated hollywood Florida.

Company moved no forwarding address or phone. No way to contact this company. Have certified receipt of December 2006 refusing to refund monies deposited said I had to waite 5 years have been trying to find them since and as of today still they Hollywood , Florida
