After my first tan here I knew i didnt want to come back and told the employees of this shady buisness and that I didnt want this service. Only half my body got any sun, this place is an old and ran down junky hole inthe wall and i made the mistake of going into this place just to get ripped off and lose money, DO NOT GO TO THIS BUISNESS!!! I was given two cancellation forms to fill out and turn in but in the meantime the employees said they would reudce my rates to 18 a month if i stayed, well the bill rolls in and the rates didnt go down they went up and were raised on my and this was not authorized or agreed to. i sent my form in to cancel with no response back so i sent another one just to get an email from Chris Johnson, a real loser when it comes to running a buisness properly. He wrote me back insulting me and laughing at me saying good try but no cigar. What type of shady response was that? This loser denied me the right to cancel and refused to work me out of his billing cycle. I dont know about you all but no one tells me how to spend my money or what to do so I filed with the bank this business is operating in an unethical manner and should be fined and shut down. I have all the communication to present to a judge and been conteplating filing civil charges on this low life but I really dont need to waste my valuable time on such unworthy people. i suggest to stay far and clear from these individuals as you will be ripped off too!!!!!
