Beware: There is possibly a scheme with these people. They say that are the lender and claim they've financed up to $25mm for small businesses; however, they will take your money, pretend to listen to your presentation, and then send you a form letter stating that they'll finance up to 25% of your requested amount...and you'll need to pay more money to get your presentation "mentored" by a romance novelist who pretends to know how investors operate without any investment or financial background. The parent company is owned by a used car subprime lender. When asked to provide proof they could actually finance the 25% promised, they can't show anything and won't sign a thing. The bank actually laughed at my letter. I asked around (after the fact) and found that other people got swindled over $475 bucks a pop and never heard from anyone again. This is a scheme and they have no disclaimers, disclosures, or adherence to "truth-in-advertising" statutes.

#2 REBUTTAL Owner of company

This is a response to a posting indicating the Parke Media's new Marketing Program to assist entrepreneurs and companies, Idea Parke, is engaged in nefarious business practices. This is an allegation we reject and resent considering it a slander against our professional reputation. It is also a slam against the numerous hard-working vendor-partners who have been working for us for years. It is also a misrepresentation and direct affront to those whom we are currently representing on Idea Parke. In addition, because of a personal attack on one of the individuals, it is also a personal affront to the Women's Fiction Industry, which earns billions of dollars in revenue and is responsible for well over half of the book buyers in the marketplace.
The principals in Parke Media have over 60 years of combined experience from financial, to business management, to new start-ups, to idea generation, branding and executing our client's programs.
Parke Media has been in business for over 13 years working with consumers and business-to-business marketing and advertising with numerous satisfied clients. We are generally known as a creative and marketing firm whose abilities are called upon to develop new initiatives in a variety of media. We work with Fortune 500 companies as well as local and regional concerns. All of these companies have stringent policies on ethical standards which we have always met in the past and will continue to meet in the future
NAILF asked Parke Media to develop marketing programs to include assist clients who are in pursuit of locating additional co-investors.
The participation fee pays for ongoing website support , www.ideaparke.com and Newsletters sent to a list of over 150 National Angel Investor organizations, etc. The fee of $275 is for a term of 6 months, with no other charges and no % of any funding that might result from any company's listing. This program is one alternative to the cost it could take clients to develop a website and market their funding request on their own. It is also substantially less than a client would pay a broker for their services. We do not guarantee that an investor will be located for a client's initiative or that individual investor response to that client is automatic.
Should you have any other questions please visit www.parke media.com or www.ideaparke.com. We will be happy to speak with you.
Thank you,
Parke Media.

NAILF is legitimate company that provides a great opportunity for companies to present their funding request to one or more individuals (fund manager/investors/lenders). The presentation is up to 30-minuntes via streaming video. The presentations results in an exchange of information to include clients learning more about Investor/Lender expectations and ways to improve the likely hood of securing funding.
Clients are informed prior to presenting that funding is not guaranteed, and the acceptance of NAILF's terms and conditions are required.
The NAILF investment committee responses range from; a). No-further interest b). Expression of Interest to participate in the funding request at some level, subject to certain terms and conditions. c). Proposal to Fund.
NAILF may refer clients to resource providers (separate companies) who may assist clients in the further pursuit of locating additional co-investors. This is solely the client's option.
The cost of the presentation is $200.00, which only partially covers the cost to support the program; 30-minute streaming video presentation (T-1 Internet and Telephone Fees), Fund Manager's time, administrative support, evaluation of materials by underwriter, marketing cost, general operating overhead expenses, additional follow up conference calls and e-mails, etc.
This is simply a Great Program!
